PREP 2025-2026 CLASSES
CLASS DAYS/TIMES:
1st-8th Grade: Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:15 PM at Our Lady's School9th, 10th, 11th Grade: Sundays from 6:15 - 7:45 PM in OLPS Father Vecchio Hall
*$25 Registration/Material Fee can be mailed or dropped off to the Parish Office between 8:00-3:00 Monday through Friday or brought to the first class. Please make checks out to "Our Lady of Prompt Succor" with PREP and your child's name in the memo line.
All Sacramental PREP Classes consist of a 2-year curriculum.- Any student wanting to make First Communion in the 2nd grade must be enrolled in PREP in the 1st grade.
- Any student wanting to be Confirmed in the 11th grade must be enrolled in PREP in the 10th grade. The Diocese of Lake Charles is now requiring all those students Confirming to
complete a 2-year Confirmation Process.
The USCCB Bishop's Charter for the Protection of Children and Youth and the Safe Environment Policies of the Diocese of Lake Charles require that all minors in our schools and religious education programs be offered Safe Environment training that is age-appropriate and in accord with Catholic moral principles. The Diocese of Lake Charles and each parish and Catholic School provides such training annunally. Click the link below to access the parent packets:
